of water bills, we may restrict the flow of water to your property. In serious cases we may also disconnect your premises from the water main. Your payment will be deducted monthly via direct debit through the nominated credit card (Visa and MasterCards incur merchant processing fees of 1.25%), or Australian bank account.
If you have appointed a licensed property manager to manage your account please provide their details. If your property manager is not licensed (under the Property Stock and Business agents Act 2002 (NSW)), or you do not have a management agency agreement in place, then you must set up a direct debit.
