I bought my stationary in Oct to continue training in winter. I added a cadense and speed monitor so I could measure my work. So winter has become my cadense and interval training season. I do repeat 1/2 miles and miles and do all that at a specific cadense to mimic hills or flats. So I have changed the boredom of the home gym into a real fun hard work-out. The things you can do on the Elliptigo are endless and I am having a blast with it all year long.
